400g snow peas
1 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup water or chicken stock
2 tbs pepitas
- Add oil to wok and heat until hot. Add garlic and snow peas and stir fry for about 1 minute. Take care to continually stir peas to prevent burning.
- Drizzle water down inside edge of wok, cover and cook on high for 1 – 2 minutes until snow peas are just tender.
- Gently mix in a drizzle of sesame oil and pepitas then serve.
Excellent with grilled meat.
