Name Spicy Asian Dressing
Prep time ::
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 tsp salt reduced soy sauce
1tsp peanut or light unsaturated oil
1 small chilli
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves or Italian parsley
In a bowl combine sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce and oil.
Slice chilli very finely.
Peel and chop garlic.
Stir chilli, garlic and coriander leaves into dressing.
Serve with a mixed green salad of misome, mizuna, snow peas, mitsuba, tomatoes, Japanese red bunching onions or any other vegetables of choice.
