1/2 medium Chinese cabbage, shredded
6 green shallots, sliced
2 sticks Chinese celery, chopped
1/3 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1 x 100g pkt fried noodles
60g flaked almonds, toasted
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
- Combine all ingredients of the dressing in a screw top jar and shake well.
- In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients.
- Just before serving add dressing and toss well.
- Transfer to an attractive serving dish.
